Item A INFLUÊNCIA DE SEUS LÍDERES NO CLIMA E NA CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL(2025) KAYKE FERREIRA DE ARAUJO; VINÍCIUS ANTÔNIO NEVES HONORATO; BRUNO VENANCIO DE SOUZAThis article aims to investigate the influence of leaders on organizational climate and culture, considering how their leadership styles, behaviors, and strategies directly impact shared values, collective behaviors, and the work environment. Accordingly, based on a current and thorough literature review, the study analyzes how transformational, coaching, and situational Leaders shape organizational routines-either by encouraging innovation and engagement or by promoting stability in changing contexts. In this regard, transformational leadership stands out for its ability to strengthen perceptions of organizational justice, fostering trust and mutual recognition. Simultaneously, coaching leadership enhances employee empowerment by encouraging self-awareness, autonomy, and continuous professional development. Furthermore, organizational communication-when based on clarity, respect, and consistency proves essential for the formation of a healthy climate, directly influencing job performance and satisfaction. In addition, practices such as positive reinforcement and value alignment between leaders and teams help consolidate a cohesive organizational culture, contributing to talent retention and collective commitment. The situational approach enables leaders to adapt their strategies according to the context and team maturity, ensuring greater effectiveness during change processes. Therefore, resilient leaders play a fundamental role in preserving organizational culture in the face of adversity, promoting psychological safety and collective resilience. Thus, it becomes evident that leadership, when exercised consciously, ethically, and strategically, truly serves as a foundation for the sustainable development of positive organizational cultures and climates conducive to innovation, learning, and well-being in the corporate environment.
