Item A IMPORTÂNCIA DA COMUNICAÇÃO EMPRESARIAL(2025) JÉSSICA DA SILVA ROCHA; MARCELO VILLA DE OLIVEIRA; BRUNO VENANCIO DE SOUZABusiness communication is an essential role of organizational management, influencing both internal interaction between employees and the external perception of the business. This article discusses the importance of corporate communication, addressing its fundamental concepts, impact of weight management and institutional image, as well as the relevance of technology and prioritization of communication processes. In addition, communication challenges are analyzed, such as organizational barriers and the non-verbal impact of communication, in addition to the need for transparency and ethics in the transmission of information. The study also emphasized the role of the leader as a communicative agent, the influence of communication on innovation and the challenges brought by remote and hybrid work. For this reason, it is important to support communication based on my metrics, with guaranteed effectiveness. Address the basic methodology of a literature review, using renowned authors in the area for discussion.
