This article discusses the importance of corporate communication, addressing its fundamental concepts, impact of weight management and institutional image, as well as the relevance of technology and prioritization of communication processes. In addition, communication challenges are analyzed, such as organizational barriers and the non-verbal impact of communication, in addition to the need for transparency and ethics in the transmission of information. The study also emphasized the role of the leader as a communicative agent, the influence of communication on innovation and the challenges brought by remote and hybrid work. For this reason, it is important to support communication based on my metrics, with guaranteed effectiveness. Accordingly, based on a current and thorough literature review, the study analyzes how transformational, coaching, and situational Leaders shape organizational routines-either by encouraging innovation and engagement or by promoting stability in changing contexts. In this regard, transformational leadership stands out for its ability to strengthen perceptions of organizational justice, fostering trust and mutual recognition. Simultaneously, coaching leadership enhances employee empowerment by encouraging self-awareness, autonomy, and continuous professional development. Furthermore, organizational communication-when based on clarity, respect, and consistency proves essential for the formation of a healthy climate, directly influencing job performance and satisfaction. In addition, practices such as positive reinforcement and value alignment between leaders and teams help consolidate a cohesive organizational culture, contributing to talent retention and collective commitment. The situational approach enables leaders to adapt their strategies according to the context and team maturity, ensuring greater effectiveness during change processes. Therefore, resilient leaders play a fundamental role in preserving organizational culture in the face of adversity, promoting psychological safety and collective resilience. Thus, it becomes evident that leadership, when exercised consciously, ethically, and strategically, truly serves as a foundation for the sustainable development of positive organizational cultures and climates conducive to innovation, learning, and well-being in the corporate environment.Item A PROBLEMÁTICA DA EDUCAÇÃO FINANCEIRA NA VIDA DOS JOVENS ADULTOS BRASILEIROS(2025) EVAIR PAULO SANTOS DE JESUS; FELIPE SANTOS FULIOTO; BRUNO VENANCIO DE SOUZABrazil faces a significant struggle against indebtedness. A high percentage of the population currently carries debt, which raises several questions about Brazilians’ financial decisions and their quality of life. The absence of formal financial education in the basic school curriculum perpetuates a vicious cycle among generations of defaulters. With the aim of understanding how financial decisions are made, this research focuses on analyzing the impacts of the lack of formal financial education on the lives of young adults. To achieve this goal, a literature review was conducted using renowned authors in the field, along with a quantitative survey of young adults aged 18 to 29, to identify their level of knowledge, degree of indebtedness, and methods of financial control. The data analyzed indicate that a significant portion of this population has active debts, reflecting weaknesses in personal financial management practices. Among the main drivers of indebtedness, revolving credit instruments stand out, especially credit cards. Furthermore, the way these individuals manage their expenses reveals important limitations, as a considerable part of the sample still relies on informal methods, such as mentally tracking expenses, which compromises broader financial organization and planning. Thus, it is concluded that the absence of formal financial education negatively affects financial decisionmaking. Despite this growth, barriers such as the lack of formal financial education, limited income, and insecurity in the face of risks still persist. In addition to technical aspects, emotional and behavioral factors also influence investment decisions. The literature on traditional and behavioral finance highlights the importance of planning, discipline, and diversification, although this knowledge is not always translated into students’ daily practices. The objective was to understand how these barriers were overcome and which strategies contributed to success. The research is justified by the high failure rate of startups and the lack of regional studies. A qualitative approach was used, with a semi-structured interview and content analysis. The results highlight the importance of prior knowledge, business model validation, scalability, and resilience. The conclusion emphasizes the need for entrepreneurial education and public policies to support the sector.Item O IMPACTO DA INOVAÇÃO NAS EMPRESAS TRADICIONAIS E COMO ELAS PODEM SE ADAPTAR(2025) LARISSA EVELIN GOMES DE BRITO; TAWANI FERNANDA NEVES LACERDA; BRUNO VENANCIO DE SOUZAEste trabalho analisa como a inovação afeta empresas tradicionais por meio da competitividade, concentrando-se no ramo das academias. Num cenário de mercado em permanente evolução, moldado pela tecnologia e pelas novas preferências dos clientes, as empresas com histórico precisam se adaptar para não perderem espaço. A investigação, de cunho qualitativo, empregou um formulário virtual respondido por gerentes de academias com pelo menos dez anos de experiência. Isso possibilitou entender como essas empresas estão introduzindo novidades em suas operações, organização interna, táticas de marketing e no uso de ferramentas digitais. A avaliação dos dados mostrou que a busca por inovação é motivada pela forte concorrência, sobretudo de grandes redes, e pelo desejo dos clientes por soluções mais fáceis e conectadas. As academias notaram um aumento no interesse por seus serviços após implementarem inovações, apesar de ainda lidarem com dificuldades como a resistência interna e a necessidade de treinar melhor seus funcionários. Os resultados apresentados mostram que a inovação é vital para a continuidade e o progresso de empresas tradicionais, demandando uma cultura interna mais aberta, líderes comprometidos e investimento em tecnologia e pessoal.
