Item Riscos da gravidez na adolescência:(2024-05-28) RUEDA, GABRIELLY NOVAIS; SILVA, MARIA EDUARDA LOPES DA; BIMBATO, ANGELICA MARIA JABURTeenage pregnancy is a public health issue, associated with elements such as early sexual debut and lack of attention to pregnancy prevention. The objective of this work was to understand the specific risks and challenges that teenage pregnancy presents for the physical, mental and social health of adolescents, considering different socioeconomic and cultural contexts and to analyze the role of nursing in the health care of pregnant teenagers, identifying the best practices and the main challenges faced by professionals. This is a research with a descriptive approach, integrative, qualitative review, with a retrospective design, of studies published between 2021 and 2023. A search was carried out in the VHL (Virtual Health Library), SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), and an academic search engine (Google Scholar). The data were collected from January to April 2024. There were 50 studies, 39 responded to the work proposal and only 13 were used for discussion, the others were excluded for not meeting the proposal of the chosen topic. It identified that the role of nurses is to detect potential dangers for young adolescents, provide support for pregnant women and their families, and implement effective strategies to prevent sexually transmitted diseases and promote the use of contraceptive methods. In this way, this study can collaborate with the improvement of care for pregnant teenagers by identifying the main bio-psycho-social risks and challenges faced by pregnant teenagers and directing the best assistance from nursing.Item SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EM PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM(2024) LOPES, DANIELA CAROLINA ZAGUE; CHARPELETE, VITÓRIA LUÍSA; BIMBATO, ANGELICA MARIA JABURBurnout Syndrome arises from extreme exhaustion related to an individual's work environment, characterizing itself as a psychological disorder. Also known as "professional burnout syndrome", it develops in work situations that require great competitiveness or responsibility. Overwork is identified as the main cause of this disorder, commonly affecting professionals who deal with constant pressure and responsibilities on a daily basis, such as doctors, nurses, teachers, police officers and journalists. Furthermore, Burnout Syndrome can be triggered when professionals are faced with extremely challenging work objectives, leading them to doubt their abilities to achieve them. This condition can lead to a state of deep depression, so it is essential to seek professional help when identifying the first symptoms. The purpose of this study is to recognize attributes of Burnout Syndrome, and aims to analyze the factors associated with Burnout Syndrome that affect nursing professionals during the Coronavirus pandemic. The present study constitutes an integrative review of articles published between 2018 and 2024, descriptive, qualitative and retrospective. A search was carried out on the platforms LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences), SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) and on an academic search engine (Google Scholar), and found 30 articles relating to the topic, which we helped to understand the disease and the importance of providing better working conditions, reducing stress and providing support to health professionals, especially the Nursing team, which is the main source of assistance to the population.
