The objective is to develop strategies to modernize the establishment’s identity and improve its operations. The methodology employed included market data analysis, research on consumer trends in the food industry, and a specific survey on customer preferences in the region. The results guided proposals that align the business with current demands. The focus is on customer experience, sustainability, and innovation. In summary, the study presents a clear and practical model for revitalizing a coffee shop, enhancing its attractiveness and competitiveness in the market, and increasing long-term success opportunities.
